Building a home is one of the largest investments you will ever make, and you deserve a builder who treats it that way.
I founded Nasus Construction Group to bring the discipline of executive leadership to residential construction: clear scope, realistic budgets, schedules with real accountability, and honest communication at every stage.
Whether you are building on your own lot, searching for the right land, or remodeling the home you already love, my commitment is the same: to protect your investment and deliver a home built to perform in Florida.

Most homeowners enter a construction project at a serious disadvantage. They sign contracts they don't fully understand, trust timelines that contractors routinely miss, and have no independent expert overseeing quality on their behalf.
Our Owner's Representative service changes that entirely, giving you the professional oversight, contract protection, and budget accountability that were previously reserved only for developers and institutional clients.
